Forever Woods Endowment Fund
Following a tragic avalanche which took the lives of seven students on February 1, 2003, an endowment fund was established within the STS Foundation by a group of donors to remember and honour the students. This fund supports scholarships for students, provides financial support for the fine arts program, and supports a special day of activity for Middle School students. The personal qualities of each of the seven students are honoured in keeping with the wishes of each student's family.
The Forever Woods Scholarships have enabled many excellent new students to attend STS and recognized the outstanding accomplishments of students from within our School. These scholarship recipients have been exceptional role models and made meaningful and substantive contributions to our community. – Dr. William Jones, Head of School
Candidates for scholarships will be selected on the basis of merit and financial need.

The purpose of this Fund is to provide annual recognition in honour of Alexander (Alex) Pattillo and Megan Bensler, two STS students who made an outstanding contribution to drama and/or musical theatre at the School.
