Join us for a virtual cooking class via Zoom with STS alumna, Marnie Fudge '87, Cuisine et Château Interactive Culinary Centre.
Date: Friday, May 15, 2020, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Cost: $159 per screen (max. 2 people per screen) - Class Kit supplied
Maximum: Seven screens

Location: Your home (Calgary and surrounding area)
Includes: all food and ingredients including recipe booklets for 2 people, all instruction by professional chef, all set-up guides, one customized wooden spoon, participant must use their own computer or mobile device in order to participate in class.
Smoked salmon crepe
Remoulade salad with orange and dill
Pan braised chicken breast with wild mushroom and sweet garlic
Arugula risotto, roasted tomato in herb crust

Each ‘screen’ in the class will have the option of selecting a bottle of wine or beer*, or have their kits delivered.
Pick up times for ‘kits’ are scheduled after registration and will be available at two different times in order to accommodate varying schedules.
