Join us for coffee

Just curious? Relax with us at one of our Friday morning coffee sessions to get acquainted. We’ll take your family on a group campus tour where you’ll meet current STS students, parents and faculty.

Coffee and treats will be provided.

Please note that we won’t conduct any interviews or assessments on these Friday mornings – they really are just a chance to meet and gather the information you want.

Our coffee sessions take place from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Call 403-938-8326 or fill out a registration form to reserve your spot for one of the following dates:

  • February 27, 2020
  • April 17, 2020

Personalized tour for applicants

Once you’ve submitted your online application, allow your child to really imagine what it’s like to be an STS student. Your tour is part of the application process and customized for age and interests.

Your child will see their contemporaries in classes, working on projects, pursuing athletics outside, or canoeing on our pond in an outdoor learning session. Your child gets a taste of the sophisticated (but still fun) fine arts program and the vast array of clubs and activities. And they’ll feel the enduring camaraderie that is so evident every day at Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School.

You’ll also have a one-on-one meeting with a Principal and meet with the Director of Strategic Enrollment Management and Communications. We conduct student assessments, including interviews, as part of the visit.

We can’t wait to know you better and start you on your journey with the STS family.

To book your personal tour, start your application now. You can also contact our Enrollment Office at or 403-938-8326.

Throughout the school year, personal tours are available:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Tuesdays: 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
