2023-2024 Applications
Inquiries for September 2023 at Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School are open! We are glad to collect information from your family in preparation for the 2023-2024 school year. We look forward to contacting you when the new application season begins. Please submit an inquiry form so we can keep in touch and learn more about your family!
Admission Deadlines
November 30, 2022: Early Decision deadline for Grades 2 to 12. We highly recommend submitting an early application to ensure your child's space at STS.
February 10, 2023: Regular Decision deadline for Kindergarten to Grade 12.
February 11, 2023: After this date, “rolling admission" begins. If seats are still available, we consider completed application packages on a one-on-one basis. Note that late placement is typically limited; however, we encourage you to contact the Enrollment Office to inquire.
Financial Assistance and Scholarship Deadlines
The STS Entry Scholarship for new Grade 5 to 12 applicants is due with your application package.
The Forever Woods Scholarship for new Grade 10 applicants is due with your application package. Current students at STS in Grade 9 must complete their Forever Woods Scholarship application online as a part of their re-enrollment checklist before February 14.
Financial assistance applications are accepted annually between October 1 to February 14 for the next school year starting in September.
