Senior Varsity Rugby Become Silver Medalists at ASAA Tier III Rugby Championship
On Saturday, June 9, the SV Rugby team was defeated 25 – 14 by Banff Community HS at the Calgary Rugby Union and finished with a silver medal at the ASAA Tier III Rugby Championship. Banff went up 13-0 in the first half and the Spartans battled back and scored 14 points to Banff’s 12 in the second half, but it wasn’t enough.
