The STS community is steeped in a culture of participation. At school, students have an astounding number of choices outside of their core subjects that help them discover themselves, and the world. 

Did you know that tuition and government grants cover all operating expenses, and fundraising dollars provide program and campus enhancements?

This Year's Giving:

This year’s annual giving priorities embrace the global competencies our students need to thrive and reaffirm our commitment to excellence in education. Through Head’s Initiatives, we are advancing innovation and leadership across the school. By investing in Scholarships and Bursaries, we ensure that an STS education remains accessible to talented students from all backgrounds. Our focus on Teaching Excellence supports ongoing professional development to attract, develop, and retain exceptionally skilled and dedicated faculty.

We are also committed to promoting wellness, community, and pride through the STS Athletic Park Project. With the foundational elements of this incredible new multi-purpose athletic space nearing completion, our next goal is to enhance the area with the “special extras”—such as sitting areas—for the grand opening in Spring 2026. This new facility will serve as a lasting symbol of wellness and connection, bringing together students, families, alumni, and the broader community in shared experiences that extend far beyond the classroom.

Head's Initiatives

Providing the flexibility to fund emerging opportunities and innovative programs that keep STS at the forefront of educational excellence. Donations to this initiative give the Head of School the greatest latitude to direct funds where they are most needed, whether for campus enhancements, learning space updates, or new program development. These strategic investments enrich our school community every day. 

Athletic Park Project

Now that the foundational elements of our incredible new multi-purpose athletic space are close to complete, we are excited to enhance the space with the “special extras”, such as seating areas, in time for the grand opening in Spring 2026. This new facility will bring students, families, alumni, and our broader community together in shared experiences.

This vital initiative ensures that talented learners can experience an STS education regardless of financial circumstances. The presence of scholarship and bursary students enriches our community in countless ways.
