Admission Deadlines
November 30, 2024: Early Decision deadline for Grades 2 to 12. We highly recommend submitting an early application to ensure your child's space at STS.
February 10, 2025: Regular Decision deadline for Kindergarten to Grade 12.
February 11, 2025: After this date, “rolling admission" begins. If seats are still available, we consider completed application packages on a one-on-one basis. Note that late placement is typically limited; however, we encourage you to email the Enrollment Office to inquire.
Financial Assistance and Scholarship Deadlines
Financial assistance applications are accepted annually between October 01 to February 14 for the next school year.
The STS Entry Scholarship for new Grade 5 to 12 applicants is due with your application package.
The Forever Woods Scholarship for new Grade 10 applicants is due with your application package. Current students at STS in Grade 9 must complete their Forever Woods Scholarship application online as a part of their re-enrollment checklist before February 14.
