Arrange your visit
Join us for Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School’s (STS’) annual Open House on October 3, 2020. In our continued effort to keep our students, employees, and community safe, this year’s Open House event will be virtual. While we wish we could meet you in-person, you will be able to get to know us from the comfort of your own home. Join us for a virtual tour of our beautiful 220-acre campus and state-of-the art Kindergarten to Grade 12 facility, and meet our Head of School, Principals, Enrollment team, and some STS teachers and students. There will be opportunities to ask questions and to join smaller group interactive breakout sessions specific to our Elementary, Middle or Senior School. This is a wonderful opportunity for your family to learn more about our special school and all that it has to offer in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Please join us on October 3, 2020, during one of three available Open House sessions: 10:00 – 11:30 am, 11:45 am – 1:15 pm, or 1:30 - 3:00 p.m.
Also, pass along our invitation to anyone who may enjoy finding out more about STS too. The more the merrier!
We can’t wait to meet you!
Join us for coffee
Just curious? Relax with us at one of our virtual Friday morning coffee sessions to get acquainted. We'll take your family on a video tour of some of the key spaces at our campus and host a video call for general questions. Please note that we won't conduct any interviews or assessments on these Friday mornings — they really are just a chance to meet and gather the information you want.
Our coffee sessions take place from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and will be made available through a Zoom video call. Fill out a registration form to reserve your spot for one of the following dates:
- October 16, 2020

Personalized tour for applicants
In light of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School is supporting in-person and/or virtual application steps.
With our students back on campus, we are resuming in-person visits for the 2021-2022 admission cycle. A personalized tour is an important step in each student’s application process. Once we receive your completed application form, we will contact you to discuss your preferences.
We will also ensure you are able to complete your full application process from the comfort and safety of home if that is your preference.
