Join us for an interactive and fun afternoon of baking in the kitchen of award-winning chef, entrepreneur and STS Alumna, Marnie Fudge '87.
This class will be a Christmas Baking class focused on making chocolates.
Bring a date, have a girls-day-out, or treat yourself while learning and practicing new and elegant ways to sweeten up your holiday season. This exclusive opportunity is for our STS alumni community and their guests (who don’t have to be STS alumni) is the first for this season in our Celebrating Alumni Series event, showcasing STS alumni and their many talents.
Master the art of making chocolate mousse, truffles, ganache, and sauces at this workshop with Chef Marnie Fudge ’87 at Cuisine et Château Interactive Culinary Centre – 103, 227 – 10 Street N.W.
