The Grade 3s have been busy collecting, sorting, and observing various rocks and minerals. Making their own rock or mineral out of plasticine, and then slicing it open enabled them to gain a better understanding of the differences between rocks and minerals and the various types of rocks. All that learning was also a lot of fun!
