On March 1, 2018, 10 STS delegates from the school’s Model UN Program travelled to New York City to participate in the National High School Model United Nations for only the second time in the program’s history. This is one of the largest, most esteemed Model UN conferences in North America and one of the ‘most international’ with delegates from over 50 countries in attendance.

Today, STS opened its brand new $24-million, 100% donor-funded expansion for students to experience an innovative approach to learning.

Hacking is often thought of as breaking illegally into someone’s computer to gain access to files.  However, the word has evolved recently to mean much more.

On Friday, November 3, 2017, the STS Alumni Association hosted its 7th annual Senior School students and Alumni Speed Mentoring Event.

Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School placed sixth out of 44 independent schools attending from Canada, the United States, Scotland, England, Bermuda, India, South Africa, Peru and South Korea.

Saturday, October 21 was a beautiful fall day in Edmonton for a cross-country meet with ideal conditions.

This past month, five Senior School students traveled to South Africa to participate in the Round Square International Conference and a week-long pre-conference tour.

Graduating from high school is a big deal. Graduating from the full International Baccculaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) is remarkable.
